Microsoft have just recently released Service Pack 1 for VS2005, available here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bb4a75ab-e2d4-4c96-b39d-37baf6b5b1dc&DisplayLang=en. The page says it's for the Team Suite, I assume it also works with the Team Edition for Software Developers version that i have.

There is a bit of text in bold that talks about requiring a licensed version of Visual Studio 2005. Will this service pack detect my ZWTISO key and stop VS from running? I installed the Consolas font pack a while ago and it forced me to do a complete uninstall and reinstall to get VS to recognise its license again and I'd prefer not to have to do that again, especially since the service pack would be a wasted 450MB download.

It screwed up my pro version on vista business x64. It said I need to use window update to download a new patch (hell, no). Also, it took forever for it to install. Hopefully, I can uninstall VS 2005 and reinstall it to get rid of the SP1 piece of crap.
