Getting real slow speeds today around 200 kbs when i usually get around 850 kbs.
So i bumped my connections from 8 up to 30 and im back up around the 850 kbs mark.
Only problem is that im only allowed 8 connections, i used 10 for a few months and they emailed me and complained so i cant keep it that high for very long.
Have they started throttling at peak times or got to many isers not enough bandwidth.
May be a little early to get panicky and jump ship but is there any others around just as good for that kind of price?
Blueyonder your ISP by any chance? They are throttling connections from what I've heard if you are on that ISP.
No freedom2surf, they throttle but it's easy to get round.. web downloads are fine it's just newshosting thats slow unless i set a stupid amount of connections, so it's not isp end.
