So I get a call saying their PC isn't working properly.
I get ready and go to their place.
When I move a mug which just had it's handle touching the alt key all was fine.

When working as a tech for a small computer store, I had too many cases similar to that one. The one that stands out in my memory involves a mother that bought a game for her son, which at time was still on floppies, and she couldn't get it to work. Apparently they tried everything besides inserting the floppy into the drive and installing the game. This not a BS story.
