Just watched it.. boy it was impressive. Without giving too much away it had M. Night Shyamalan written all over it.

Yep it is a good film. Also looking forward to "the Prestige" only saw it in really bad cam quallity. i guess it should be out soon.

I am looking forward to watching this one tonight, even my wife was ineterested in seeing this. I kind of dig Edward Norton, he is always quite good in his movies.

The movie was OK. But I wouldnt say it was a WOW-movie.. You could expect alot of the things really, and some tricks wasn't explained. Bah.

I would give it an 8/10 for a very clever script (specially the end) though I figured it out way before the end

Here's my opinion of the movie:
 Spoiler: | Are you really sure? | Spoiler: | It was completely predictable. I hated the acting of that Norton clown and in general the acting was bad. The director/editors should have given the amorous friendship between Norton and Jessica Biel in their youth more time. In some ways it was more a failed SF story than a historical drama. I felt asleep not once but twice while watching. 5/10
Edit: If you want to see a real artistic picture and you can get your hands on it, watch "De Illusionist (1984)". It's Dutch but don't be afraid that you have to listen to some awful foreign language or have to watch subs because it a picture without spoken lines

ya i totally agree.. the movie is OK not good enough to stand with GREAT thrilers.. besides its totally predictable.. Prestige is a WOW movie.. lol

You honestly couldn't guess the ending? It was so obvious (yes, REALLY obvious, normally I don't even bother mentioning if someone doesn't get these so called twist endings). I don't say it just to be an ass either, to me it seemed so clear and consequently made it a rather poor movie.
