Region free for GAMECUBE mode on wii, via GCoS, thanks to emu_kidid!
Ps.: The pre-loader code isn't included in the source. Oh, and you can run gamecube homebrew too.

This is confirmed to work on Wiinja, CicloWiz untested but should work.

It's confirmed by GCOS author emu_kidid and if i trust anyone, it's kidid...
