Ok, there is the deal.
After i got some new hardware, i made a pure Vista PC. (Intel pentium 4, 2.8ghz, 512 ram, some asus motherboard, 9800pro)
The sad thing is that it dosn't boot. When i press the powerbutton the PC turns on i hear the hdd working, the gfx card, everything exept i don't hear that start sound from the CPU or whatever. So nothing happens. I am pretty sure its the PSU, but it should still work. And i have plugged in the yellow and black 2x2 power thing. The same still happens when i take away some stuff, and the power work on a 1.9ghz i have. But it just dosn't work with the other PC. the CPU itself shoudln't use more than 80-90W? And i have tried another GFX card to see if the PC will boot, but nothing happends. The PC is on, but nothing on the screen.
I am pretty sure its not defect, because the motherboard and the CPU worked like a charm earlier.

Had that PSU problem like 3-4 times, it might be something else tho, but in my case it was PSU. In my case it was a wierd problem, because if I changed the pSU, and tried it few months later it worked again...also if I shook it a little, or moved the cables a bit it could expand its life span by a week or so but eventually it would just stop working altogether.
