Does it really matter tho if it is NTSC or PAL. You can always convert to whatever you want. Just extra work. I have never not grabbed something because it is PAL, takes maybe 40 min's to fix for me. I can't imagion PC would be any bit harder.

Converting when you intend to watch the rip on a pc is pointless.
Converting framerates doesnt really work, I have yet to find a software that will convert ntsc to pal without dropped frames.
