Thanks Sin, really liked this clone. Of course its not as good as with a 'real' guitar on the ps2, but i don't have a ps2, so its pretty cool.

hmm...too bad it doesn't seem to work with the guitar controller. I have the ps2 usb converter, so assuming they still use the whole strum idea (hold the note button down then hit the strum button to play it) it shouldn't be hard to map the guitar button to keyboard presses, should it?
i can has computar?!

There is a guide on how to get the guitar to work for the game in the forums.

Well, I've tried it...meh. I guess I'm spoiled by the production quality of GH1+2. Playing user made songs is nice, but alot of the fret work in them is piss poor. Alot of em are just playing along with an mp3 so if you miss a note instead of still hearing the rest of the band play, it's just silence. Also, game runs pretty choppy on an x1600 pro, mind you I have a slow cpu but still :/ Playing this just makes me want to go play some GH2...I think I'll go do that |
It can´t have anything to do with your gfx-card... What processor do you have?
I played this smoothly on my sisters PC, with a AthlonXP 2700+, 512 mb ram and some crappy GeForce FX card. I even run my own pc with a mobo built-in Geforce card (and a Athlon64 3700+, 1 gb RAM). Works perfectly.
Watercooled 5950X | AORUS Master X570 | Asus RTX 3090 TUF Gaming OC | 64Gb RAM | 1Tb 970 Evo Plus + 2Tb 660p | etc etc
