Changelog for PSP firmware v3.10 * The Playstation network features have been improved. * Function to record MPEG-4 AVC from LocationFree Player. Model LF-PK20 (Japan) or LF-B20 and LF-B10 (United States) LocationFree base stations are required for this. * Memory economy function added to Web Browser settings, so less memory used, but image quality is sacraficed. * Dynamic normalizer function added in Sound settings; The volume level for playing music is regulated. http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=46803

lazy. i think if sony really threw their effort into locking up the psp, they could cause some serious problems for the scene

jumping to 3.10 is odd... i wonder if this means that the next firmware versions for jap and yank will skip 3.1 and go 3.15? besides i doubt youll see this version coming to the american and jap psp sites... not anymore now that its cracked. but i hope when they DO release the next version of jap and usa, it'll contain some USEFUL features again, not the crap in the kor release - how about some ogm or xvid compatability sony?
