well i do try to base my movie downloads on the ratings. especially screeners. Of coursei do check with vcdquality.com too but i would still expect the same high standards and not just a 10 for being new, or a game you want. the game you want might suck.

TTD is such a great game that you can play it for hours and have fun with it even these days, ten years after its release.

Locomotion looks like a big disappointment for me. Maybe my expectations were too high for the sequel... Sad

Question: is it possible to play an endless game like in TTD and TG or just those goddamn scenarios where I have to meet some goal?

Any Railroad Tycoon freaks like to comment on this one?

Drawing from an assumption that Locomotion is in the RR Tycoon genre.

After you reach a goal you do not have to finish a scenario.

I wonder like if you create an underground railroad if it's gonna be like real underground railroads, like with rats and all dirty and shit, and don't forget the bums!

Release Note:

It seems Reloaded forgot to add the foreign cracks to his release. Included in this fix are the German, French, Italian and Spanish crcks.

One thing though, the net code on the multiplayer sucks. I played with a friend online, both of us cable modems, with nothing downloading or uploading, and it seemed very jerky and lagged, which makes no seince considering that there is not a whole lot to transmit.

I don't understand how the semaphores work at all... Sad

Trains keep crashing or just stop and don't continue. I watched the tut etc. but still...

F.e. what am I doing wrong here?

Also, does it matter if you use the single or double semaphore?

There is a manual on the cd which explains a bit more about the signaling system.

Single signals are for double tracks.

You can find some tutorials on trackbuilding here :

I did it like that to and my lights did work. Double or single does matter. If it would be single they would not be able to return.

This game is quite good but there are some - points

for example
when you build your railway you can't just place it on the right and on the left. Its the same way you would build your rides in rollercoaster tycoon with the arrow you have to click on.

The stations are weird. And the trains even more weirdererer. You build your train and then you just place it on the railway and tell him to go (after giving orders). No hangar or anything needed. Same with busses.

Well those are the only annoying things i came across in the first level

The missions menu are also like in rollercoaster tycoon 2. Beginner, easy, advanced, etc.. . It uses the RCT 2 engine for sure.

It is cool that you can turn the map.

Its also cool that you can build your whole train track on a high bridge. Thats great too.

All in all. Pretty great game (so far)

I just wrote what came to mind so thats why its a mess now Smile
