Developer: Supergiant Games
Homepage: Pyre

Quote:

Pyre is a party-based RPG in which you lead a band of exiles to freedom through an ancient competition spread across a vast, mystical purgatory.

Pretty much no information at all right now, so egh on a template.

So Much Win

After Bastion and Transistor, anything made by Supergiant = shut up and take my money! The fact that it's a party-based RPG is the cherry on top.

So where do I send my money?

They've delivered two of my absolute favourite games of the last decade, count me in. And it already ticks one of the boxes the previous two excelled in, which is the music. This one already seems to be no different.

Mmm, a new Supergiant game! That's really awesome to see, although, the fact that it's party-based is off-putting to me. I have yet to play Transistor, so it's great regardless!

Sadly to me both games were a bit overrated. Sad

Played Bastion only for a bit. The soundtrack is wonderful though! I have a few of the songs on my playlist in my car. Very Happy

Finished Transistor, and story was okay. The combat system was not too bad though.

Same here, there was something truly magical about Bastion. The VA, the music, the heart-achingly beautiful world, and the gloriously tight combat. I adore Transistor too, but my heart definitely belongs to Bastion Smile

The color schemes in this game are insanely beautiful, you can tell a lot of effort was put into that.. still didn't play Bastion or Transistor (i have both, i believe), should check them out..
