Not really a movie, but I have to post it in here.
Six feet under is one of the best shows which are running on public tv.
I wonder if any fans of this show are in here.

Great HBO show. Its gonna be sad to see the series end when season 5 finishes. It has great characters (minus the mom Ruth who can be really annoying) and the writing is superb. Sometimes they show too much homosexual stuff that makes me puke. Nate is the heart of the show and most people will agree that he's the strongest character.
On a side note, if you love SFU then you should check out a Showtime show called Dead Like Me. A lot of people compare it to SFU but its way more of a comedy and less depressing then SFU. It has probably the best special effects on TV and the characters are all interesting. The show is about a bunch of grim reapers that live among us and they take the souls of people right before they die. Its like how in SFU when David or Nate briefly talk to the dead people, DLM is all like that and its a very unique perspective on the after life. It has the opposite effect of SFU which in general is more on the sad side while DLM makes you feel happy after each episode. So watching both shows balances things out emotionally.
