Anyone having trouble running the PROCYON realease?
I installed the game, used YASU to hide the drives and ran the game... it gives me a blackscreen as if the games about to load, and crashes saying Test drive unlimited.exe has encounted a fatel error...
Its weird cause, I ran the open beta with 0 problems.. lol, I was actually one of the few who didnt encounter any bugs...
Just incase my pc specs are..
3.4 dual core..
1gb ram
gf 7600 gs (512mb)
running on winXP
oh and a built in realtek hd sound card...

I'm getting this error:
"SecuROM™ has determined that 'Daemon Tools 4' is running. Please be informed that SecuROM™ protected applications will not work with such tools."
Have tried several "hide-dvd" tools and different versions of daemon tools, also uninstalled and reinstalled test drive five-six times, but no success.
Anyone got a solution for this?

I managed to get the game running thanks to a tip from someone...
Goto device manager and disable any game controllers that you might have and try playing the game... should hopefully work.
I have a PSX converter, but I prefer playing this game on the keyboard anyhow...

LOL all my games are working fine without cracks: TDU, ARMA, RS VEGAS
only using the reg trick works with all my games

Works fine now make sure you have the mdf and mds files,
install the game with deamon tools using the mds file
if you install with the mdf file it wont work.

@ticket2fly: i installed and mounted always with the mds file... its starts running going black screen and ending up on the desktop.... damn,... that sucks

He means the regtrick as follows.
Open your registry in Start\Run type regedit and click ok.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices and remove all of your mounted devices accept your hdd and your daemontools device.
Then rename your daemon devices as follows.
From.
\DosDevices\X: to \DosDevices\X:: for example
Thats all.
After your restart your pc all of your mounted devices are back.

I had the same problem,fixed it by lower the resolution in game from 1024x768 to 800x600.
Btw for those who have still problems pl;aying this game,try these files and tell me if there better.
