I've downloaded Vista, but it is in weird formats, like R30 and stuff, the NFO is blank...What to do??

I've tried with winrar, it's not working... I'm not a complete noob...
Any other suggestion?

Stop acting like a noob then and give the exact error WinRAR gives you.
Or better give out a listing of all the files you have, or the release name of what you downloaded or ANYTHING useful.

It's upgrade version... 2007.version.X86.DVD-RePLiCaTe
When I try to open it winrar says that it's either unknown ype, or damaged... which means it shouldn't be opened by winrar (even if it says it's the rar file type). so what do I do? simply burn it to the DVD, and it should work...
