Quote:
Part-film, part computer game, Casebook is a unique experience. Made with real actors, real locations and innovative Areograph technology, every scene is accurate, down to the last detail. Because a forensic investigator couldn't work with anything less.

Follow kidnappers, scammers and worse through the incredible, photorealistic environments; trace the evidence to its source using forensic techniques; watch the cinematic story unfold as Detective James Burton follows up on your findings and interviews your suspects. Together, you solve the case.

Think of it as a crime show that you star in, with new episodes appearing regularly. Watch as your Casebook grows.

Are you ready, rookie?

This sounds interesting. Always enjoyed nerding games like that. Myst, Exile, Mr. Ripley, and some danish games called Suspect that were pretty much exactly like this.

8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)!

What the fuck is this shit...

Uninstalling Episode 0 removed most of the entries from my Add or Remove Programs and the few ones that remained there don't have the Remove button anymore.

Don't think it can be fixed. Uninstaller must have deleted registry entries it wasn't suppose to so I just have to deal with this annoyance. And it could have been worse...

edit: still managed to fuck up some of the programs

Eh I was kind of excited at the prospect of playing one of them interactive movie type games they had oh so many of in the 90s, but I was kind of disappointed with this. It's sort of repetitive and shallow, and when you go around taking pictures everything is so blurry once you zoom in with the camera half the time you don't know what you're taking a picture of. I mean it's supposed to be a crime scene but most of the time it's not clear what you're looking at so you just go around taking pictures of everything till there's nothing left. And I got tired of hearing that guy say "partner" after the 5th time he said it. STFU with the partner this partner that.
