Fucking crap...played russian version..
graphics-sucks,looks like game from 1999....no shaders,aa,and max resolution if I not mistaken is 1024x768

He, aperantly, is stupid. Calling your own country a 3rd world? It's far from perfect, but it certanly not a 3rd world. And even in Russia, i never bought shit like that, the Russian pirates have a shit load of better games to sell, so there was no need for playing crappy games, unless you are massachist.

The production of crap like this costs around 30k euro. It will sell some 50k copies @3 euro/copy. That gives you a 120k profit. Add licensing fees for european publishers and it gets close to 200k euro. There you go.
And to the question "Why are these games made at all? Why not make some Crysis?" the answer is: during the beginning of 2000s people in eastern europe bought a big fucking lot of PCs. Ordinary people just can't pay $400 for a console + $1000-2000 for an HDTV,even if they got money.
So an enormous market for PC games has been formed and it has constant demand. As there's not enough AAA class titles to satisfy it, companies tend to produce such quickies to flood the market with em. It becomes more and more lucrative due to succesfull piracy control these days.

Sounds somewhat like how it was with games for the amiga 15 years ago. Tons and tons of games with very different quality.

So if i lose my job i`m going to make games using Game Maker, 3D Game Maker etc. for russian market. They will buy it cause it cheap and they can`t afford for console. Am I good thinking?

Atari has published that game, maybe they will mine too. Looks like they have plenty money and don`t know what to do with them.
