Creating something close to the 2K series is incredibly hard, I really doubt they'll make it.

NLSC (big NBA Live/NBA 2K community) admin has contacted EA Sports directly, was told that there's no PC version coming for Live 13.

Yeah, I'm quite an active member over at NLSC, got in the staff in my first year as a modder there due to my work in the forums and also the modding tools I created (check my signature at NLSC out).
If you're to download gameplay mods, Michaelvlutz49's gameplay mods go mostly unlisted because, although done with some impressive reverse-engineering and EXE hacking, he always uses cracked EXEs as a base, which is a big no-no at NLSC. If he did the same edits to the original EXEs, there'd be no problem. You can grab his gameplay mods at ModdingWay though, he's done some impressive things such as change the speed of various hard-coded elements and animations in the game. They're called "MVP n JD MODE".
In any case, let's get back on topic and leave this thread to the Console users, okay? We already have a NBA 2K12 thread in the humpty, let's keep the discussion there.
