looks like spiderman 3 will be preety nice according the trailer and screenies.
we all know that usualy games based on movies are sucks, but we also seen few good ones, i hope this one will be ok too.
release date is 4-5-07

its already been confirmed pc is getting the console version, not some kid type bs that spidey 2 was on pc. and pc games are always cheaper.

dont say no shit its getting a console version. Spiderman 2 was some pc only kiddie crap. so ppl feared it would be the same this time around. who cares which console version pc gets. theyre all the same game. |

graphics wise, no. and i ment no shit its getting a console version because beenox is porting it, and i never played spiderman 2, i skipped that. the last game i played was ultimate spiderman

ugh gfx smuts. anyway all the console versions are the same except the ps3 and wii versions. they have some nice exra bosses and the ability to change suits whenever plus obviously the control scheme. you control each web shooter with a different hand etc on the wii. the 360 version lacks any extras.

dont care about the gfx long as the game is enjoyable. ppl like you are why games nowadays flat out suck. they look great and blow your mind visually but bore everyone with a brain in 20 seconds.

Well 9 days to go and a gold announcement is pending, this thread seems pretty dead so I thought I would reply. PC users are getting the 360 version so all should be well.
After the craptacular SM2 Im actually a little exited about a decent spidey game on PC and if all else fails it cant be any worse than the ultra tedious Superman Returns.

anybody have any actual gameplay vids instead of cg trailers/cutscenes? what i'm most concerned about is the swinging mechanism. it was a blast in spiderman 2 and horribly simplified in ultimate spiderman. the swinging gameplay is what made people have an extra go just to swing around town for 20 mins.
anybody know what it's gonna be like in this game?

the game youre referring to is the kiddie pc version of sm2. no other sm game was shitty like that at the time. dont base anything on that pile of shit. and Sm1 is crap compared to sm2 and ult Sm

Spiderman the Movie is a seperate game to Spiderman 2, it's also much better.

Spider-man 2 kiks the first movie games ass the only bad version of spider-man 2 was the kiddie crap on pc. and obviously im speaking of the movie adaptations, not the old ps1 games.
