Altho some of this is wrong from what I remember. One of them is a quad and blind from a shooting but I don't he think dead. Who knows.
Vancouver is small enough that almost everybody knows these guys. I grew up with people on his list but lots of people did.
For colors now they are wearin RIP shirts of whoever of whatever side they were one.

Last time i was in van, surrey was mostly an East Indian Community, and much, much nicer than East Hastings. Anything is nicer than east hastings.
