You clearly wouldn't know a good game if it hit you in the head!

ok mr I like cocksuckinggames that are waaaaaaaaaaaay overhyped.
Dude hype can be good for games, but often it's just pure marketing. I am suprised by forza how good it is. I played halo 3 and could only think of OMG PEACE OF OVERHYPED CRAP. I played fable for some hours. But it was nothing special and the gameplay sucked big time.
So lets hope they can make fable 2 like the meant to make part 1

I can understand that and I agree that the final retail versions of his games always seem to lack something which makes them sound so amazing during development but the end results have never been anything less than outstanding! He has too much ambition but its not a bad thing!
May the NFOrce be with you always.

Molyneux has a master degree in hyping. That's why his games always feel like they lack something.

So Fable was a cocksucking game? Thats wierd, because I thought an average of 85% for a game wasn't too bad. I didn't love Fable, but it certainly wasn't as bas as you made out. Totally gay is a real mature reflection huh!

I think he's just really enthusiastic about gaming innovation, which is definitely a good thing. Too few developers nowadays are willing to take the risk of trying something new.
It's just he gets overly excited about his games and like you said hypes the shit out of them. But I like Lionhead as a company, and as long as you know to take eveything Molyneux says as embellishment you won't be too disappointed by the final product. Virtually all their games are good, even if they never meet the high expectations he creates for them.
Not sure about this love thing he's trying to inject into Fable 2 though.

Nowadays Peter Molyneux promises too much for his games in my opinion. I don't think his games are bad in any way, i have enjoyed playing most of them, but his early works were more fun to play (Populous, Syndicate etc.). One could say that all his work with Bullfrog was more inventive and creative than his latest titles from Lionhead.

The first game...well...it was awsome personally, I loved every aspect of it, but it was also lacking quite a bit. The fact it was easy as all hell made it disappointing as well as it being extremely short so the game was done in a couple of hours. The replay value is there but nothing new really happens. I thought everything else was pretty solid. The Lost Chapters that came out for PC should have been on the xbox too, it was pretty gay that the console users got some short game but when it came time for the PC they got an extra chapter to make the game longer, and personally, the last chapter was the best part of the game. I loved kicking the shit out of the guild master lmao.

Yes I totally agree with Peteyboy hyping his games way to much and therefor his games always feels lacking. Especially post-Syndicate.
Anyway, is there even any hype for this game? Havent heard anything barely and have no expectiations either. It will probably be pushed forward, until next year anyway.

Well after the disappointment the first one gave everyone I'm sure all the fanboys and so forth learned their lesson. I've heard just about as much about this as I did a few months ago.the first one pissed alot of people off so I doubt anyone really cares that much.

I really enjoyed the first Fable, even though they had to cut many things that were going to make it great.
If you compared the promises to the delivered product there was room for disappointment, but if you just took Fable as a game, it was great.
Very much looking forward to this one.

haha, I love Peter Molyneux, his games are totally over hyped but they always end up as great games, despite not quite being what people hoped for. Despite that, he really needs to shut the fuck up in game presentations and show the damn game.. I like the concept of injecting emotion into game play, but to constantly go on about it.. Argh! I just wanted to kill him.
This game will be great, but it probably wont be the epic everyone wants.

Ya no doubt. Anyone who's never played fable and they ask me about it, I only direct them to the lost chapters one. That one was what the xbox shoulda been. Not that they changed much but it was longer. The original was soooo effing short it was BS. The owning the shops was basically pointless as there wasn't a whole lot of variation on the weapons. Armor had to basically be found. And continuing the game at the end was just horrendous, absofuckinglutly nothing to do at the end but make money and finish up lil puzzles you missed.
but the overall experience not including the shortness of it...was VERY well enjoyable.
