Is that one of the famous original xbox "flagship" games?
People working for years trying to emulate it, a lot of former exclusive has been ported eventually to other platforms.
If they will port the rest with improve graphics and whatever the little reasons for xbx emulation would be even smaller.

Panzer Dragoon Oorta is the game you're thinking about Jack.
The original first instalment in the series was a Saturn exclusive at release and got ported to PC pretty quickly, like one year afterwards.
