your problem is prolly your gfx card, is way to old to still use it on the newest games
As stated in the readme.txt of the game the card meets the min. system requirements
Games like Quake4 and CoD2 are also running quite good - not superb, but ok.

Well, my 6800GT blew up a few days ago, so i changed in my old gfx card which had been laying around for quite a while now.
And as long as i dont have the bucks for my new card i must stay with this old sucker
Have you tried att different crack eg. the one from ViTALiTY?
I am currently running with that crack and have so far not noticed any problem on the gaming rig.
