|
 |
Hello,
now I am considering installing Vista, too, but first I would like to ask: Are the well-known copy protection tools working with Vista like they do with XP/2000 ?
Especially:
- Daemon Tools (and SPTD driver)
- AnyDVD (OK, has nothing to do with games, but you know, why...)
- YASU
- SecuROM Loader
- PrOt.StOp (for some older games)
- CureROM
- SR7Stop
- Alcohol 120%
thx

Daemon Tools, AnyDVD, YASU and CureROM work great, and are the only things I use these days (in XP or in Vista).

he didnt ask what copy protections work on vista, he asked which copy protection TOOLS work on vista... which is what everyone replied to...
anyway i didnt think all copy protections worked on vista anyway...like those needing ring0 access (which is why starf*rce needs the updated drivers...afaik...correct me if i'm wrong)

Well maybe to simple minded morons i am but i really dont care what people like you think since you are unable to fully utilize youre brain.
Daemon Tools is a disk image emulator for Microsoft Windows that mounts images of DVD and CD media on virtual drives
CureROM is an anti-blacklisting piece of software
AnyDVD is a Windows driver that decrypts and removes protection from DVDs on-the-fly
As you can see these appz are made for emulation of copy protections or to bypase it. Copy protection tools are things that make protection not break\emulate it. -_-
