- Online Rpgs
Love :
Adventures
Platformers
FPS
TPS

RPGs
Love games that are Long (you need like a month or two to end them)
Allready know that i have to get (by get i mean BUY) :
-Black
-KillZone

So lets the recommending begin !!!

you can say "I am planning to BUY a PS2" xbox360 is too expensive for me right now
well seeing where the PC is heading (PSU that will have 1KW ) buying a console is the only wise thing at the moment

Great list above, but to the adventure type, i'd add Tomb Raider Anniversary.
One of the best PS2 games (and one of the last)

Yeah if you're going for a current generation console the PS2 is easily the best choice, far larger and more varied library of games compared to the Xbox and Gamecube.
Personally I play my 360 far more, but thats because i've become a bit of a graphics whore, I like to be wowed by the visuals.

i am also going to buy a xbox360 in a year or two when they fix the most common bugs and some nicer titles will be released

The first Baldur's Gate dark alliance blew me away in co-op. I'd never played BG the RPG or liked the world nor did I ever enjoy the character building stuff in games but that was super hot. Has some of the best gfx on the PS2 too, the water is more next-gen than most anything on next-gen.

Some of my favorite games of all time are on the PS2.
Ico
Shadow of the Colossus
Katamari Damacy (and it's sequel - We Love Katamari Damacy)
Metal Gear Solid 2 & 3
Ico and Shadow of the Colossus are for some reason 2 of my favorite games of all time. Both games have some excellent puzzle and adventure elements in them and also sport some very unique gameplay experiences. I would highly recommend both games. Play Ico first, then delve into Shadow of the Colossus. If you get stuck, dont look it up, just work it out. Youll be cheating yourself if you do.
