Hi, So this waht happend: I was playing COJ for the past week. Today, at episode 14, suddenly the game stucks, and I got the three rings of death. Than, I tried the towel trick, and it works fine, altough COJ still stucks during the same episode. Anyone else had this? do you think my 360 is dying? again? 10x. Got the same prop, just burned COJ and Dirt wanted to test them, COJ played to first eps crashes, then i reboot and put in Dirt, then got the 3 rings, towel works (for the rings) but when i wanna play again, it crashes within 5 mins

so where's my problem's at? the 360 or these specific games?
my 360 has been on repaired 3 times already...

It isn't the game that causes the 3 red lights , I was having the same prob earlier , first used the towel trick , it did work like 3 days until I got the lights again. The I opened the box like 6 times trying to figure out the prob.I removed both heatsinks and cleaned the old silverpaste and putted new in.After that the console is working great , and no more freezing has occured. Hope this helps. Just be careful when removing those heatsinks , you can do a lot of damage removing them. -Giger PC is out of fashion , XBOX360 , PS2 , Harman Kardon AVR 435 / Sony KDL-40X2000
