Correct me if I'm wrong but the states don't have a lot of scene groups around here due to the fact our government is such dictators and crap. And were like the only country around that also uses NTSC so you'll see more PAL releases than anything.

Yep but its ntsc/j , America uses ntsc/a
Dunno what Australia use , PAL ain't it ?

is it your tv or your console that makes if you can play ntsc or pal games? i have a both pal and ntsc tv so i was wondering if i could copy and play ntsc games too?

you just have to check the region .. there are many pal/ntsc rlses which work on both regions consolos
