hello here's the stroy. im working at Internet Help Desk from comapny that provides adsl services. yesterday customer called that vista gives him error 815 "service name is incorrect". that is strange because service doesnt have its name. you could write there 'shit' 'bullshit' '123' or anything you want and service should work. but it didnt. it work for that guy for some time and suddenly it stopped. everything ws fine from our side so i dunno what happened :/ guy has modem sagem 330 speedtouch. we did almost everything. reindtalled drivers, turned off power restrictions, made new connections and nothing... on the net i cannot find solution to that error :/
anyone had something like this? maybe someone know possible solution? please help me
