Why does it suck so bad now?
Full of ads, parts of the page don't work until ads load. If the ads don't load that part of the page never does either.
This includes videos, the fucking search box at the top. WTF happened. Sell out piece of shit site.

Just use adblock plus and no more ads ever. GT is lighning fast and completely ad-free.

The site is kind of pathetic and very commercial, not that the rewievs aren't good, but really it's like Ea owns it  just check out 'girls of gaming' for your daily sexual pleasures like half-naked under age girls playing the Wii-fit, great for jacking off

I use adblock and firefox have for years. None of the videos were playing until i disabled it. I never had that problem before. Maybe the site was just being flakey in general. I'll try again later with adblock enabled and see if the videos play.

I hate this commercial funded site, their reviews are clearly just part of the game companies Pr campaign, God knows how many reviews they have made where the reviewer points out several annoying issues with a game but gives the game 9 overall score!
Wtf? I remember one time the guy clearly stated that the game was just an average game, well then it should be rated 5 overall on a 1-10 scale, well that never happens.
And what about the Dragon Age review...They bashed it for being to long??? Stupid console loving fucksticks!

Umm, mate... what the fuck are you smoking? I just watched that interview and it's nothing like you described :-\ You're taking what the guy said SERIOUSLY out of context. His mention of the game length? Notice how he said "unusual in this day and age" right? That was referencing the myriad shitty titles we get now that can be finished in a single sitting, often less than 6hrs worth of gameplay. I sure as hell didn't take him to mean "Oh fuck this, the game is too long. I hate this. Why can't games be SHORTER??" like you did :-\
The technical aspects you mentioned? Umm, what? I don't recall him going on and on and on about the console version EXCEPT to say that their interfaces are considerably weaker and shittier than the PC one, with more limited choices on how to play - especially with the removal of the overhead tactical camera. When he started talking about the graphics, then I'm inclined to agree with him; the world textures, overall, are REALLY poor - even for a Bioware game - while the character details are incredible for the most part, except when he touches on the gore aspect ... which a LOT of people are complaining about, but I happen to rather like.
Bottom line?

I'm sorry mate, but I honest to god don't see how ANY part of that review painted either the game OR PC gaming in general, in a bad light. If anything, it was a glowing review that touched on the existence of issues that many people - PC gamers included - have already griped about. I mean, ffs, the scores?

Gameplay: 9.0
Presentation: 8.0
Overall: 9.1
That's both incredibly fair *and* objective. Yeah, the GT comments are - as always - full of braindead cocksuckers, but nobody visits GT for the "users" - but for the videos |

It's always sucked ! shallow biased reviews never used it for anything other than checking out new game footage video.
They reviewed modern warfare 2 pc and didn't even mention the no ded server issue they are a joke.

The only thing worse than the comments on GT are the forums on IMDB.
But still, I find the reviews from GT very good, and agree with them most of the time. The video reviews are way better than on IGN or so, show me one site that has better video reviews (and no Youtube shit please). At least they prove most of their complaints and praises with video footage.
