What? I finished this game like two years ago.
Definitely one of the top 10 adventures I've ever played.
At first I thought this was about Die Vieh Chroniken, the sequel, which I'm playing right now.
Unless the english version contains them both, that is.

No this is the first game it seems, it really takes a long time for certain localizations, German adventure games for example or certain Russian titles to name two more common.
(Then there's Polish, Czech and other game developer regions of course.)

My name is Chris. I do Community work for KING Art Games. I've noticed you have a problem with the demo. I've spoken to the developers and they have suggested the following:
If the game doesn’t start (black screen and then an error window even before the loading screen appears) and if you have up to date graphics drivers, its most likely a problem with the digital audio output.
To avoid the crash you can deactivate the digital audio output in his systems settings.
Hopefully this will work. It's an error that occurs for only a few people.

Hmm.Having black borders on 4 sides ingame.Resolution setting doesn't work properly it seems.Any ideas?

The book of unwritten tales II : The Critter Chronicles
Available in German.
English version is coming soon.
This shorter-length prequel to The Book of Unwritten Tales tells the story of a whole tribe of Critters being threatened by a warlock and in desperate need of help. Soon, Nate and the original game's Critter, who has fallen in love with the daughter of the Critters' chieftain and could use a helping hand, realize that they could help each other out. And that's how their mutual adventure begins.

this game gives the old P&C adventures feeling with good humor and funy characters and thats why i am getting this game for sure,even though I'm not into p&c adventures lately,this one looks too attractive to skip

Anyone else get a bug when trying to save nate in the yeti cave? After putting down the scales, salt shaker etc my game crashes. Can't do anything after that without a crash.

encountered another idiotic thing. When you speak with Petra as Nate one of the conversation options says "not translated yet"
So to me it seems like this has absolutely not been properly tested.

Are you talking about the base game or Critter Chronicles?

Thanks, would be kind of ridiculous, if the base game was still so buggy.

Impossible to find help with this game. I'm surprised how no one seems to care about it. Official forums has 0 posts, 0! Stuck in hard mode after shooting out the engineer in the submarine. Can't use the lever to open the hatch (friend playing easy said it was just to use the lever) Whereas I can't.

Nice, game keeps crashing in windows 8. I dropped my playthrough last time and thought to finish it now. At chapter 4 after picking up items at the ship, and now it crashes to windows each time i choose continue from the main menu.
