Well i bought a Wii 2 months ago and it came with a Wiifree chip and "block with chip",also a VGA cable thing comin' from behind of the console
i had the version 1.2 (i think) when i bought it,but when updated it it wouldn't detect any wii games, but a Gamecube game, thou the console shown an Error
should i format my console?..i've got Wii Sports,Mario Strikers,Rayman Rabbing Rabbid and Super Monkey Ball..does any of 'em contain version 1.2 so i can play with pirate wii downloaded games?
Urgent help plz

Its hard to understand what you mean... version 1.2? updated?!
What do you mean? you updated the chip? you opened your wii and flashed the chip? wiifree isn`t upgradable via dvd. and wiifree is dead - there isn`t even an update for smg.

i dunno my WiiFree version,...i remember my WII CONSOLE had the 1.2 version when i got it,and i have games that came with the wii wich are pirates and had their savegames in the console..but when i updated my WII CONSOLE to 1.3 these games wouldn't load with the WiiFree chip thingy..
If i format my WII CONSOLE will the WiiFree chip work again?..is any of my games i have got the 1.2 version of the Wii Console?

You can't roll back to a previous firmware if that's what you mean. Maybe the best thing to do, is to install a different chip.

you dont need a whole different chip - you can just flash your old chip with a selfmade programmer (or get a new chip for ~2 dollars)
This should be no problem even if you dont have any experience in soldering.
You just have to cut the cables at the chip, reflash with a cheap easy to do selfmade programmer and solder it again.
Mybe you have a friend who can do this for you, it`s really easy.
Start here:

Use yaosm:
It works with the same chip and is even upgradeble via dvd now. best modchip out there, and even free!

wow - make a photo please, sounds like your friend made an external connector for the chip.
If this is the case, you can swap modchips easily. Wiifree, yaosm and every other chip that is based on the same pic can be used. you could even connect most commercial chips.
Be carefull - don`t remove the chip while the wii is turned on, it could kill your wii

This is how looks in official way,but mine's has it's cables showin' and the connector not sticked to the console, but still it works

and the external device maybe you mean this, but my friend made it his own way thou

As you can see at the post before yours, that's the "pic" you mean,right?..coz if i just need to swap that then piece of cake...
i have no idea about hex and other programmin' things, but my friend could do that
anythin' i should kno'?,remember i've got a Wii PAL and it's latest version of firmware 1.3f i think

just download the latest version of yaosm then and write it to the chip (or let your friend do that for you).
Should really be a piece of cake in your case.
After you flashed yaosm, boot your wii with a game from your region the first time you start it up. Thats it.

this is the pic/chip i mean. mark the direction, before you swap it - it might kill your wii if you put it in the wrong way.

just change the preflashed chip and you are set. don`t forget to fire up a game from your region the first time you use your wii. f.e. the wiisports that came with the wii, or any other pal game (you are from spain i guess...)
P.S.
A flasher costs about 15 euro or less on ebay.
