Hey all, I have been out of the PC scene for what seems like a lifetime, and I haven't really witnessed any major titles hitting release, or maybe I just haven't noticed...

My system is seeing it's age these days:

P4 3.2 GHz
1 GB ram
256 MB nvidia geforce fx 5900xt

What are the games the be played these days that I have a hope of running on my system?

Right now all I have installed is Guild Wars and Company of Heroes.

Any others I should giving a run?

Hitman Blood money was amusing, The freedom Force games, Swat 4, Dunno if Jade Empire would work on your system, the Sacred games were good, Dreamfall is a must play, Dungeon Siege's were good,

I guess all in all it'd be easier if you said what kind of games you were after. Your shit is old as hell and that gfx card is wow lol.

@ Naish, read his sytem requirements Razz I dun think he can do surpreme commander..

Try Resident Evil 4 for the PC without the shader patch as it is graphic intensive to the Gfx card. Also, a cool GTA type game such as Driver Parallel Lines should run fine. Plus its fun too. ehm what else...dead reefs is interesting if youre into 3d adventures....Sam and Max season 1 dvd collection is great too. And Gods Lands of Infinity Special Edition if youre into the old school type RPG games. Smile

Finally, one of the greatest games ever to hit the internet:

3D Gay Villa

j/k lol

Try that just for laughs since there is a big thread about this game. hehe

Hoping you try out some of the above games minus the latter. Razz

just installed it last week, on the 4th mission now, loving it. Runs completely maxed out so the reqs are no where near something like FEAR.

I always forget how much I like SC games until I start playing one again Razz Guess I'm too used to FPS ... don't play very many TPS anymore.... can anyone req a good TPS?

The World in Conflict Beta ended yesterday, its worth looking forward to but gone for now. I wish they would give us a single player mission to play with in the mean time, I would save up for triple nuke and make a save game right before I launch them so I can watch it over and over Wink

Well, if you would update GPU for 7600 GS (assume you have AGP) you could still play in new games (maybe except Dirt or TDU). My older second one PC is similar to yours and GRAW 2 or Overlord runs fine on it.
Residen Evil 4 with patch is nice game.
