I'm starting to doubt the ZWT release, since I keep getting error messages using different apps.
When loading Encore CS3 and Soundbooth CS3 I get the same error: "This application has failed to start because pthreadGC2.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem".
Reinstalling doesn't solve the problem, tried it.
Also, when working on Premiere Pro CS3 I get a runtime error that really says nothing special. Disabling all startup programs fixes the problem, but when you exit Premiere you get a different runtime error and the app crashes (even though you tried to close it).
I installed every update released by Adobe and Microsoft, I'm on Vista.
Hoping to find someone with the same problem.

Yeah, unfortunately that seems the best solution. Adobe seems to have abandoned pc users. Tried the latest after effects awhile ago (cs2?) and had all kinds of issues. Old AE worked flawlessly.

This is not a prob with Encore or Soundbooth, it has to do with codecs on your system. I assume you have installed a codec pack (prob one of those every codec under the sun ones). If you remove handling of MPEG files from the codec pack then you will get Encore and Soundbooth working properly.

Wow, morpheus69, it really solved the problem! Thanks alot!
However the second issue in Premiere remains - when exiting the program this error appears: Runtime error! R6025 - pure virtual function call.
I found some info on the web, and microsoft say it's a programming problem and the code should be fixed. I somehow doubt that Adobe messed the code, really doubt.
Any advice?

Check your version number... if you haven't done so already run Adobe Updater, or Update from within Premiere... as there is a v3.01 of Premiere as well as other updates.

It's up-to-date, version 3.0.1. I did notice that the error appears when selecting a certain font. Weird....

Isn't the Magnitude release includes some beta applications? It was released before the Master Collection was even available.

i doubt it, they were betas
there are propers, non-scene floating about. but anyway, i needed the mac version primarily soooo... MAGNiTUDEs was pointless

there are no real propers. I've been looking everywhere. There are small 3gig versions, 22gig versions which are total BS. Yadda Yadda yadda. Do you know of a name of a proper?

There is no full version of Master Collection out. Only the trial version (3Gig) which is full in that it has all the apps... but it doesn't have all the extra content etc.
There is a full release of the Production Premium out there... it is around 22GIG. So that release plus the previous Design and Web Premiums give you everything...

I have the Designer Collection rls, i was able to install it once by fluke, but for some reason now when i run the install off the CD or mounted, it will not work. even though i tried older version of dtools haha.

I uninstalled Web, Design, and Production and installed Master. Much nicer, now I can delete the others if I want.

I just kept ADOBE.CS3.WEB.PREMIUM-MAGNiTUDE and ADOBE.CS3.DESIGN.PREMIUM-MAGNiTUDE installed then installed ADOBE.CS3.MASTER.COLLECTION.CORPORATE.FINAL-ISO. This added Adobe Encore CS3, Adobe Premiere Pro CS3, Adobe Soundbooth CS3 and Adobe After Effects CS3 to my Adobe applications. All of which updates fine online.
Also released was the 22 GB (7 DVD and 1CD) of ADOBE.CS3.PRODUCTION.PREMIUM.MULTILANGUAGE.RETAIL-ISO.
