So this game came out on Steam today, aynone tried it? It's quite cheap, so I'm tempted to buy.

Looks like a cool mix between UT3 and Killing Floor

There's a little info on the Steam forums, seems to be around 6 GB but not many opinions yet (None actually.) but that should change in a few hours I suppose.

Manual might be helpful as well. Smile

Nope. It has single/4coop campaign too. The focus is on the coop, actually.

I love playing things like this with my wife. But someone is going to have to write a little review of it for me before I buy.

Multiplayer (coop is all I want really) possible with that release?

Edit: Got it and trying it right now. Pretty bad so far. Graphics are dated, story seems quite lame, controls are pretty bad, gameplay is just a GeoW clone.

Edit2: Oh Laughing I alt-tabbed to write that, and now I can't tab back in. Screw this game, waste of HDD space.

UE3 titles sometimes have quite bad alt-tab support but there are exceptions, heh.

EDIT: Oh it's one of those games again, sound frequency must be at 48000 (24 bit is fine.) or lower or else it'll crash, heh.

EDIT: Lots of stuff to tweak and alter, got most of it, usual UE3 stuff like removing logo videos and such.

EDIT: Kinda feels like a mix between Jericho in that you have various squad members with varying abilities and Gears of War as mentioned, weapons don't have much feel to them though and it's the usual UE3 shooter theme although with extra multiplayer functionality, has potential though. Smile

How many games can you rip off at once? I think I seen the assault rifle from mass effect, the armor from crysis, bad cover system gears of war? and oh man 5 hours of gameplay! and they wonder why people pirate games.

Facts & figures on obesity: Obesity is one the major health challenges worldwide and has become an epidemic over the last decades. Dude, its just 13,49 on Steam. And btw, better copy it right instead of making crap your own, get the best from the best is never a bad idea.

At first I thought it was ok,pretty basic stuff with cover system and all. Plus it's cheap...

But your squadteam AI is dumb as f*ck,they keep rushing towards the enemy all the time and the end result is dying. So it forces you to go revive them in the middle of the battlefield.
Issuing orders isn't really helping either...

This really needs other human players, but then I guess it just gets really easy.
But based on SP,I'd say meh.
Gotta try it with other players before making final judgment.
