When the game is not out in most of the world, and also in the netherlands (nforce.NL)
So its a bit extreem to not alow talk about wanting to play it, because that is most we can do at this moment.
But to reply on what someone asked in last topic, Yes also the the steam version of the game bioshock has a 2 pc limit

There's a FOV fix for widescreen gamers, or gamers who dislike the low FOV of 75 here
Taken from this post the instructions
16:9 = 0.625 sliders. Effective FOV 120 degrees
16:10 = 0.694 sliders. Effective FOV 108 degrees
5:4 = 0.888 sliders. Effective FOV 84.375 degrees
4:3 = 0.833 sliders. Effective FOV 90 degrees
See that same post for other values if you prefer FOV of 75.

Nice!
Now, i've had this problem with the demo version. First time i started it, after the first diving scene, my screen got all black and i had to restart my computer. Then, i've started it again, went to options and set all the gfx to low/off, except textures, which were set to medium, and, again, started the game. It ran great, but, just as i finished the submarine "intro", my computer crashed, again, and i had to restart it, again!
What's the problem?
Is my pc spec too low or i need the nvidia fix or smth?

Official word on Steam's SecuRom version
Quote: |
SecuRom limits Bioshock installations to 2 hardware configurations at the same time. If you want to install BioShock on a third computer using the same Steam account, you have to uninstall one of your previous installations('Delete local content'). |
So steam users can only have it installed on 2 computers at a time, and you have to delete local content to install it on another computer.

MAD_MAX333 a friend of mine read in a review that the game lasts about 20-25 if you don't rush trough it... Can't tell more than that but I saw a post from a guy saying he finished it in 11 hours!
Let's just hope for the 20-25...

You should try installing the latest nvidia driver (163.44).
I had the same problem, that's what I did and it's now working (though it still didn't work for another guy)

Mhh ok...well then wait for friday!
Now I understand: you can un-install and install the game as often as you want! But if the game crashes or sth. and you have to delete and re-install it WITHOUT uninstalling it, you have 2 tries ^^ Well then I can easily buy it...it's not that bad ^^
I still would love to see a rls until friday, but if thats not the case (and I think it won't be the case) I'll buy it ^^
