Thats what weapons are for... I think it's the best American Football game to date. . . and I am not a big fan of Madden... but this one really really suprised me. The DB's can be exloited if you make use og the new weapons (provided you have players that have such weapons of course). The controls are also light years ahead of the maddens in the past. Really pleased with the game so far.
