i'm trying to make a pre-bot for a long time but it didn't work Sad Confused Crying or Very sad

could somebody explain how to make one and where i can find a good script for it (like "the news")

i was trying to make one with eggdrop but it didn't worked. maybe i did something wrong, i dunno.
