I bought and downloaded it this morning. I only played for a few mins so I cant tell you if it stinks or not but it was pretty fun from what I saw.

how much time did it take to download? I heard its abt 800 MB in size...cant wait to get home and try this one....
I thought I will wait to get the retail version w/ the headset but the initial reviews from the ps3 boards makes me want to get this game right now

I'm with you stooz. I hate downloading games that are paid for. I rather have the box, manual and everything else if I'm going to be paying for a game unless it's got some sort of discount included

Download version is $40, box copy is $60 but comes with bluetooth headset.

So anyone tried this baby here? although my ps3 is a fine stand for the flowers, I would happy to play it sometimes...

I hear the PS3 bluetooth headsets were crappy and were desynchronizing with the system often.
I think I read this in the Gamespy R6 Vegas review of the PS3 version.

I'd like to buy this but the fact you can't play against bots is a crappy thing. Especially in offline mode, I only know two other guys with ps3s and it would get kinda boring unless there were AI players in the mix. Think I'm gonna wait on any official word they will update it with bot support(they only talk about the possibility right now) before buying...

This game is a lot of fun; don't think it's worth getting the headset pack because it's not stategically deep enough to be bothered organising group tactics; plus you spawn straight away so it's not like counter strike or GRAW where life is valuable.
The game feels really solid and well developed IMO.
