I bought my XBOX 360 Premium for like 1 year ago and the wireless controller that follows with the package just died on me yesterday. I've tried to change batteries and so on, but it's totally dead.
Shouldn't Microsoft send me a new one?

My friend bought Halo 3 (original PAL) here in Sweden and he got an unscratched disc. But he gets the unreadable disc error when HDD is attached, but it works fine when it's deattached. He phoned MS and told them the story and they are going to send him a brand new 20GB HDD, he don't have to send the broken one to them.
His Halo 3-disc works fine in my console, though.
Sounds like you can lie to them and get stuffs for free... bad of MS =/
