When I think on that case, I think how ironic it went...
Sony removed Linux to " 'prevent' the console from being hacked", pissed off the actual most skilled hackers,and they hacked the shit out of the console with hack that has nothing to do with Linux...
Too bad Failoverflew are either too scard or on high moral horse to actually release anything... If Yifanlu can release a hack that dosn't actually allows piracy out of the box and Sony didn't do anything yet they can also....
"Many kernel exploits are present and are 'easier' to find"... when it comes to PS4...
If they didn't had creditably or Yifanlu(One of the hackers who hacked the Vita) claimed the PS4 is "baybe" compared to Vita I would call it BS...
Yea,aside from 1.76 JB we don't see much on PS4,no idea what is going on.. but there are signs that not a lot of actual hackers working on it... they could at least port the krenel exploit at least up to 2xx fw with the recent 3.55's lands exploits...
I am still having my hope something like Henkaku will surface to PS4 evuntually...

Time to contact amazon support if you bought your PS3 there <2 years back, mention this and spin some bullshit re: false advertising, you might just get a sweet refund

who the fuck ever used linux on the ps3 (at home, not talking about some science stuff where they linked a few houndred consoles running linux for some research stuff cause cell and rsx were very mighty in that cases)?
