I was looking through my stacks of "games I have but never got around to trying" today and came across Evil islands. Read a few reviews about it to remmeebr what it was.
Got it installed and working ok.

Want to do the multiplayer... maybe my problem is thta i am a dumb ass... but i sure as hell don't see how you leave the "base" to go outside and adventure.

its got this little sparkly area and you step into it but nothing happens.

Can any of you remember what i am missing here?

I have a rip of that game that always crashed for me at in the first town. Looked like a decent RPG, but I never got to play it. I know this info doesn't help you at all, but yeah. Looking at the screenshots now, it reminds me a lot of Dungeon Siege.

Yeah..played it through years ago,was a good game then,but the thing that annoyed me greatly was the main characters voice...sounded like some whiny teenager.

But I can't remember anything of the first base,try looking for a walkthrough.Smile

I tried the single player game and it does an extensive tutorial.
Says the red areas arent accesible yet... so now im trying to figure out just what i need to do to make that portal accessible as it seems to be the only one.

Wonder if you HAVE to have another player playing with you to access the portals in multiplayer....


And yeah, you certainly have to look past that voice... but besides that... interesting little game.

yeah nice game but when you get to the second Island this game turns to shit and the ending was pure crap
