in chapter 3 yes, when you play the fat man one of your skills is calling in a car (it'll be a random selection) and you can drive it around your town, it's and overview click where you wanna go, tho if yo click the camera view button in the top right or v (by default) you'll go inside the car, tho I could figure out how to drive it from in there since you ride in the passenger seat. Had to click where I wanted to go from overview then click v to get inside the car.

..so this is out? I kind of liked the demo. They should fire whoever made the walking animations though, wow are they horrible or what.. everyone is walking around like they're either extremely high or carrying a refrigerator, or both..
