Hiya Everyone,

So I downloaded the Reloaded game, and when I try to install it I have a very annoying problem. I load the image with Daemon Tools 4.10. Then I get that screen where you can choose to install the game. So I click install, but then the setup crashes, it doesnt respond anymore and when i go to task manager, i see some weird tmp file there taking up all my CPU and mem, IS-9AB42.tmp or some other is-*****.tmp file, when i terminate that process, the setup ends as well.

Has anyone else had this problem? And how have you fixed it, because i've done everything thinkable with it, i even tried clicking on the setup file from the dvd, but that has the same result. I hope someone knows the solution.
And oh yes, i try to install it on Windows Xp Sp2

Thank you

Greetz

Franneke

I asked is the rld rar file naming original? If you downloaded a bad iso, then redownload from elsewhere, because I installed without problems. If you have an orig rld reliz, that means something went wrong on your side, but I doubt.

Ah yes, its the original reloaded game, but ive read on the page where i download that some other people have problems too, and some don't, so i don't really understand what the problem can be

You can't send me the setup file or something so i can make a new image with a good setup?? If that's even possible.

yup, its the original rld files. the files are called: rld-dtsp. I downloaded them from a well known torrent site, haven't had any problems with any other games from there.

I will try to install it on my Vista64 tomorrow, maybe that will do the trick, but it should work on XP too i guess

Also you can try universal extractor to unpack setup files and uninstall antivirus if you have one.

Right, i have the same problem on Vista, so there must be something wrong with it. What do you mean with that last message Freakness?

If you used torrent then all you need to do is select the game and choose Force re-check.

She and her, but thats alright i'm used to it by now and yeah there must be something weird, as i said before, i have the problem in Xp and Vista, same thing it opens some weird IS-9AB42.tmp file and setup crashes.
And yes the sfv file says that all files are 100%, well if they weren't i can't even unpack the damn thing, so that can't be it

Well, the problem was the same thing as i had with Spiderman Friend or Foe, i put my keyboard on English and the game installs without problems. Damn thing, they don't test their releases anymore to see if it works on other keyboard than English ones these days???
