Jumper.2008.720p.BluRay.x264-SiNNERS = regular scene release usually speed > quality encode
Jumper.2008.720p.BluRay.DTS.x264-ESiR = HDbits release, time is actually taken with the encoding so probably looks better than scene release. also has subs (scene release doesn't)
Jumper.720p.BD5.x264-REFiNED = nuked release by idiots breaking the rules. formatted to be played on a standalone BD player, it is also undersized and has black bars on top and bottom instead of being cropped properly.
get the ESiR release imo. movie is shit though.

side note about esir releases... ive compared 2 esir releases with other releases, and i honestly dont think esir's as good as everyone says. no doubt they do good stuff, but they arent spectacular... i compared their 'the rock' 720 release, to a tlf.. yes... tlf... THAT group... and esirs release lookd marginally better... to the point where you really had to zoom in and do a photoshop comparison to see ANY difference... esirs release was 4gb's larger than tlfs... also compared their 720 starship troopers release to some french groups release, and the quality was identical, but the french one was 2gb smaller, so i no longer look specifically look for esir releases, because they arent that much better than other stuff out there... atleast not these days.

Digital Theatre System, and it means that it supports multichannel sound systems.

If you still have the releases, check the audio. If the Esir version uses DTS with 1,5 Mbps and the other AC3 with 480 kbps this alone would make a difference of 1GB.

yeah i know, and i checked that...
the audio was the same for starship troopers, so the audio wasnt a factor there.
with the rock, yes the esir release had the superior dts audio, while the tlf version had crappy aac audio, but there was still a 4gb difference there... about 2.5 to 3gb when you take audio differences into account.

And what means BD5?
