The plot is about 2 kids who are kicked out from school ( from that what i recall they planted fireworks in entire school and turned a school swimming pool into jelly xD and all kind of other pranks) and they transfered to military school.
In the opening scene you can see them wiring the entire school with fireworks.
I also remember that just before two of them we're about to cross the gates of that military school on of them was wearing a president mask (for a joke) and a father of the other guy (the geeky looking one) gave him some cash.
One of them had this geeky looking (same as Pfeiffer kid from "Wonder Years"
) and other one like oh-look-at-me-im-cool-so-stfu.
They did some pranks there too (I remember they put a gravestone of a dean at the frontyard - put the cannon in front of his doors)
I also remember they later on they we're playing paint ball with the Russians .
And of them had a strategy plan of how the russians gonna attack etc...
IF ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING lemme know plz !
