Both my parents were at one point in the film & television industry. My mother worked on recolouring old black and whites (Laurel and Hardy etc) and my dad is a steadi-cam operator/director for some pretty big shit.

Haven't talked to pops in 10 years ! Good thing too, all he works on are terrible movies.

I think my favourite on that list HAS to be http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094137/

OH and he worked on the pilot for Sliders, which ended up being a show I watched a lot.

I dont have any relatives in the industry but I am good friends with some people at the very top of CGI + special effects + concept art etc.

In fact, I have crit'd for several of them which may have indeed shaped some things you will see in movies posters and such. The latest Will Smith film artist I crit'd on his poster, the sunglasses image which he drew the motif of berlin inside the reflection Wink

Check it out.

My grandad, dad and uncle also worked at a cinema when they where younger, grandad passed away some years ago but always stated his time at the movies (on the reals / show room) was one of the best jobs he had in his life.
