lol, really doubt that. You have had a flashed 360 for about a year, and all of a sudden this happens? read something similar at xbox scene. Check their forum ^^
And how badly are they scratched, post a pic... well, doesnt really matter if you get dirty disk error :\

Not at the same spot either. Looks random too me. It might be because of Platinum DLs? Or did it happen when you was like "zomfg only verbs!!!1" too?

But this happens all of a sudden.. your hitatchi might have been a ticking bomb. But yeah, it is FUCKING strange it doesnt happen to all games, espessaly old games. Maybe it just happens to prepatched games you burn?

I have an unmoded 360 laying horizontally, and it will scratch a disc once in a while. When it was vertical it would happen more often. POS drives are to blame.
