Uwe Boll has just acquired the rights to the unreleased action role playing game, LEGEND: HAND OF GOD. You heard me correctly, another game and this time it's one that has yet to be widely loved and cherished before it's ultimately desecration on the silver screen. The is being produced by leading German interactive group, Master Creating. Dr. Boll had this to say:
"I think LEGEND will be very successful because of its unique blend of high fantasy and dark atmosphere. The world of LEGEND contains major crossover potential and was already adapted as novel and audio book" says Boll from the set of Far Cry, which he currently works on in Vancouver with Til Schweiger, Ralf Möller and Udo Kier.
well i dont know this game so i cant really care... i just hope he gets another big franchise like half-life or final fantasy... fuck that'd be sweet... very little in this world would honestly make me more happy than hearing boll getting the rights to direct a movie version of final fantasy 7...hearing that would keep me warm throughout winter, that one would. i plan on wasting my next birthday cake candle wish, and next TWO shooting star wishes on that one.
dudeee just gave me a great idea... even though the film is allready planned, with a far less talented asshole directing it, boll should do return to castle wolfenstein! with high powered modern rifles, zombies, light sabres, kung fu, crappy sex scenes, a jeep chase through a mine-field with super-fast mutant zombies in pursuit, and the whole thing builds up to an exciting sequence where the jeep goes up a ramp and jumps over a fucking shark.
