I know the feeling man. I cant telemarketing calls starting at 8am - 10pm. I just pick up the phone, once i know its telemarketing, I tell yeal FUCK OFF and hang up

Well, I'm not sure I'm allowed to give out that information sir...
On the contrary ma'am. You are required by federal law to give me your call center ID. I'm not sure if you've heard of this little thing called the 'no call list', enforced by the Federal govt, but I just happen to be on it. Now, since this is an unsolicited call commercial in nature, I'm gonna have to report you guys. So please, state your Call Center ID.

At this point they usually hang up. Sometimes I lead them around the nose a bit more, but in the end they all just get scared and tell me to contact a representative.
After 2-3 of those, you should be fine 
Oh, and btw, I actually AM on the no call list, so it really is illegal when these fuckers call me. I'm just not sure how you go about reporting this stuff, so I made up the "call center ID" ^^

The trick is NOT to ANSWER it!!!! If you don't answer, the call goes back to the data base gets off the call list. The managers know shit.
Aparently they have calls going out that check when people answer (time frames) just to get stats to sell of phone lists.
The whole "do not call list" I am not sure how it works.
