I found online and download a cracked update to 1.3 but i assume it wont work because the expansion said it needs 1.4. Will running the auto update make it work? I think probably not because it will see its a cracked version.

Install call of duty, But do not copy over the crack.
then install Call of Duty: United Offensive and it will update (patch) call of duty for you..

1.3 no/cd crack also works with the 1.4 patch that's why no one bothered to make one for 1.4. Although it would have been nice if someone had made a note of that at a certain website... Rolling Eyes I reinstalled COD patched it to 1.4 used the 1.3 crack. Played COD through again, then installed the UF add-on when it came out...no problems.
