I dont really think he's question was if u want a WS/FS or not, i think he asked where are the WS releases...
I'm waiting for those too.
About Hitman: Movie (2007)
Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie.

that's bull shit... if fs was really like that a lot of money would be lost.
For fucks sake those shots were taken from the same ws sourse. Open up media player classic load up some ws movie and then set it full screen you'll get that....
no one in their right mind would set a full screen version of a movie that doesnt' even display the title correctly. god! That website is horrible!
download shrek fs and ws then do a comparison.
or any other fs vs ws movies. Or even go rent one. then do a comparison that website is sooo fucking GAY! GAWD!

They Use Pan and Scan to make it Full Screen.
some turn out ok, some turn out shite.
If you look at things like the special features on the die hard 1 & 2 DVD set, you can see how drastic the diffrence can be.
Not that people who actually know what they are talking about will convince you, but there is a HELL of a lot of diffrence between WS and FS on most movies.

That site is definitely not accurate.
I know for a fact that when a movie is shot they actually take different shots for WS and FS (not the whole flick of course  ) Like having different lineups for the actors and e.g. different angles for the cam and so on.
I don't know what source groups use for their FS releases but there should be a fundamental difference between that one and the source of the WS release. Simply because there definitely are TWO sources made!

Compair ANY movie between the Widescreen and Fullscreen versions.

My advice is, forget FS like it never exist, use it only to check 16:9 or cinemascope releases, just to check aspect integrity, because we have many groups out there with cropped FS releases into 16:9 or Cinemascope, I don't have idea who gave them that idea, its sacrilege and blasphemy.
I just hate FS.
